West Coast Conveyor Services (WCCS) is part of the Reliable Conveyor Group. We are looking for an experienced Services Coordinator to lead shutdown crews across key sites from our growing Perth base. What You’ll Get • FIFO from Perth on a 5 and 2 - 4 and 3 Fortnightly roster — more time at home • Permanent full-time role with competitive pay and site allowances • Join a respected Australian business with over 50 years of industry success • Supportive management with clear structure and strong safety systems • Wellbeing perks through our Bravo rewards program — gym membership reimbursement plus discounts at over 400 retailers • Work with a crew that values professionalism, performance and long-term growth What You’ll Be Doing • Lead from the front with a strong safety presence and performance focus • Plan and allocate daily work to site crews • Coordinate shutdown scopes and manage daily delivery • Ensure high-risk work is properly controlled and compliant • Build trust with clients through clear communication and reliable execution • Mentor team members and support onsite development • Keep equipment, vehicles and work areas safe and site-ready What We’re Looking For • Certificate III in Polymer Processing (Essential) • Proven leadership experience in shutdowns or field-based maintenance • High attention to safety, planning and coordination • Manual driver’s licence and White Card • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening Desirable Requirements • Familiarity with conveyor systems and materials handling • Hands-on experience in mine site environments Why WCCS We hire with purpose.
