The Company Our client is a leading contractor delivering mine site infrastructure and camp construction projects across Western Australia. Due to increased project demands, they are seeking experienced Concrete Workers to join their team for upcoming FIFO opportunities. Immediate starts are available (2 week mobilisation time frame) with the opportunity for ongoing project work across multiple sites. Working Days, Hours, Location & Duration Roster: 2/1 or 3/1 roster depending on project requirements Working Hours: 10.5-hour days on current project, with some sites offering 11.5–12 hour days Location: WA Start Date: Mobilisations commencing between 04/06/2026 and 08/06/2026 Duration: Ongoing opportunities available depending on project requirements The Role The role will involve all aspects of concrete construction associated with mine site camp and infrastructure projects. Key duties may include: Concrete pouring Form work Screeding and finishing General concreting duties Concrete preparation and placement Manual labouring duties Working safely within a mine site environment Assisting site teams with project requirements The Candidate To be considered for these positions, you will ideally possess: Minimum 12 months experience in concrete works (essential) Experience with pouring and screeding concrete Ability to perform physically demanding work Strong safety awareness Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively within a team environment Additional Requirements Current Driver's Licence Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening National Police Clearance within three months or ability to obtain one Must reside in Perth or surrounding suburbs to be considered for this role No specific tickets are required for these positions; however, relevant construction or mine site experience will be highly regarded.
