About the role: Zenith Minerals is seeking an experienced exploration geologist to lead exploration activities across its Australian project portfolio, with an immediate focus on the rapidly advancing Dulcie Gold Project near Marvel Loch. This role will suit a geologist who combines strong technical capability with practical field leadership and a hands-on approach to execution. The successful candidate will contribute across the full exploration pipeline — from regional targeting and data integration through to drill program design, contractor supervision, geological interpretation, and 3D modelling This is a rare hybrid opportunity offering the best of both technical and operational exposure, combining a West Perth office base with campaign field rosters. Key Responsibilities: Generate and refine exploration targets at regional and prospect scale Design and execute drill programs for exploration and resource definition Lead field programs: supervise contractors, manage logistics, ensure safety compliance Oversee and conduct geological logging, sampling, and QA/QC Integrate multi-disciplinary datasets to drive interpretation and modelling Maintain database integrity and geological data quality standards Drive continual improvement in data management systems and operational workflows Prepare technical reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates Provide safety leadership aligned with WHS, environmental, heritage, and regulatory requirements Support approvals including PoW, heritage, environmental, and rehabilitation programs Desired Skills & Experience Essential: BSc in Geology or related discipline 4 years (Project Geologist) or 6 years (Senior Geologist) relevant exploration experience Demonstrated experience in gold exploration, ideally within WA greenstone terranes Competence in geological interpretation, structural thinking, and target generation Experience with industry-standard software such as Leapfrog, GIS software, ioGAS and experience working with multi-disciplinary exploration data sets Strong communication, reporting, and organisational skills Current driver’s licence and willingness to work in remote field environments Highly Regarded Resource development experience 3D modelling capability Statutory Supervisor (Schedule 26) qualification What Zenith Minerals Offers: Genuine technical and operational ownership — this is not a support role A growing WA gold story at an exciting inflection point Direct influence in a small, focused team with fast decision-making Exposure across discovery, resource growth, and project development stages West Perth office base with campaign field rosters
