The Role Managing and coordinating schedules for residential projects for single and double storey homes. Preparing procurement schedules, take offs, and materials lists. Liaising with internal and external staff, supervisors, suppliers, subcontractors to ensure timelines are met. Proactively problem solving and ensuring their are no delays. Improving scheduling processes for efficiency and consistency for the team. About You Are you a career focused Scheduler who thinks outside the box? To be successful, you will bring: Solid experience within the WA housing market is essential. Proven track record of scheduling multi-level homes and understanding the specific sequencing they require. Previous exposure to projects with a contract value of $1.5M is highly regarded. Proficient in residential construction software. Candidates who have quality mindset, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
