About the Role We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will: Factory-based role with occasional onsite joinery installation . Produce custom kitchens and joinery in the factory. Work with melamine boards and MDF. Assemble cabinets, curved work, and detailed joinery. Operate CNC machines, edgebanders, and other workshop machinery. Read and interpret plans, shop drawings, and specifications. Assist with workflow, job scheduling, and quality checks. Support apprentices and other factory staff. Assist with onsite joinery installation when required. Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workshop. What We’re Looking For Qualified Cabinet Maker or highly experienced senior apprentice. Proven experience in high-end residential or architectural joinery. Strong knowledge of joinery construction, materials, and finishes. Skilled in using CNC, edgebander, and workshop machinery. Ability to lead on the tools while maintaining production standards. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and collaboratively Good communication skills to liaise with staff, project managers, and installers. Organised, reliable, and team-focused. White Card and current driver’s licence. Ability to measure jobs accurately. Apprentices welcome – training provided.
