ABOUT THE POSITION. As Site Engineer, you’ll work alongside an experienced team to deliver a major commercial project. You’ll be involved in every stage of the build - ensuring safety, quality, and coordination across all trades and services. This role provides broad project exposure and the chance to further develop your technical and leadership skills. DUTIES. Implement and manage construction plans, schedules, and budgets on-site Oversee day-to-day operations, including quality control, safety compliance, and workflow Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve issues and ensure projects objectives are met Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable Proven record of monitoring, managing and complying with WHS and Quality Assurance processes Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers CULTURE.
