If you are hands-on, detail-oriented and looking to be part of a creative production environment, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: · Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to blueprints & drawings · Operating various machinery and tools, including welding equipment & grinders · Conducting quality inspections to ensure product accuracy and consistency · Assisting in the setup and maintenance of machinery, tools and equipment · Handling raw materials and utilising appropriate techniques for material preparation · Collaborating with team members to optimise workflow and meet production targets · Following safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure working environment About You: · Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator or similar role · Skilled in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG & ARC welding · Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings & blueprints · Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work · Excellent teamwork and communication skills · Physical stamina and ability to handle repetitive tasks · Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes · Must be Trade qualified with Trade certification What We Offer: · Positive and inclusive company culture and support · Motivated and valued employees · Professional growth with a well-established company · Strong brand reputation To view showreel, visit: https://simtechled.com/ Hours Mon-Thurs: 6am-2:30pm Fri 6am – 12pm Overtime available on request We look forward to hearing from you!
