The Company: Max Door Solutions, a division of the BX Bunka Group, is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and dynamic person to join our business as a Service Technician, with full on-the-job-training provided. As a Service Technician, you will work carry out a combination of service work, systems troubleshooting, repairs and installations for our QLD customer base. Key Responsibilities include: · Service, repair, install and maintain Industrial Doors, High Speed Automatic Doors, Panel Lift Doors · Assess electro-mechanical faults and provide solutions · Complete comprehensive and accurate service reports detailing the repairs completed, parts used and time onsite · Strong commitment towards safe work practices · Professionally liaise with customers and colleagues, ensuring service expectations are met · Maintain and manage your allocated service vehicle, parts and tools Who are we looking for?
