About the Role Your day-to-day will include: Managing patient enquiries (phone, email, in-person); Booking and coordinating appointments via HotDoc; Scanning and allocating clinical correspondence; Processing billings, eftpos and HiCaps; Managing debtors and accounts; Supporting smooth front desk operations in a busy environment. Preferred but not essential experience in Best Practice, HotDoc, Cubiko and PRODA. About You You are someone who: Brings energy, warmth and professionalism to every interaction; Has previous medical reception or administration experience; Thrives in a fast paced, high volume environment; Is a team player who supports and uplifts others; Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
