About the role We're looking for an Intermodal Coordinator to join our Fremantle team. This role is responsible for efficiently coordinating transport solutions across Australia while delivering a high level of service to MSC's customers. You'll play a key role in daily operations, coordinating transport jobs and acting as a central point of contact between customers, vendors and internal teams. The role involves managing multiple tasks at once, responding to enquiries, following up on progress and resolving issues to keep everything running smoothly. Key responsibilities Responding to customer queries by phone and email and helping resolve issues as they arise Booking and coordinating transport jobs with external providers Following up with vendors to ensure services are delivered as agreed Building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers and suppliers Coordinating tasks efficiently to help manage costs Assisting with cost recovery where required Supporting internal teams such as sales and administration with information and feedback Assisting with reporting when needed Desired skills & experience Proven customer service experience Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once The ability to stay calm, organised and focused under pressure Clear and confident communication skills A strong sense of accountability and ownership Experience or understanding of logistics or freight forwarding is beneficial but not essential Why join MSC?
