About the role This full-time General Yard Hand/Vehicle Coordinator role is an excellent opportunity to join the team at CST Hire, a leading provider of equipment and vehicle hire services in Bibra Lake, WA. In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and management of the company's vehicle fleet, as well as assisting with general yard duties to support the overall operations. What you'll be doing Assist the Operations Manager in coordinating the movement, maintenance and servicing of the company's vehicle fleet Ensuring vehicles are prepared and ready for hire, including cleaning, refuelling and conducting safety checks both prior and also on vehicle return. Providing excellent customer service to clients when hiring or returning vehicles Assisting with general yard duties such as loading/unloading deliveries, inventory management and maintaining the cleanliness of the yard Supporting the wider team as required to contribute to the smooth running of the business What we're looking for Previous experience in a similar general yard or vehicle coordination role, ideally within the equipment or vehicle hire industry Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards Good communication and customer service skills The ability to work independently as well as part of a team A valid driver's licence and the ability to operate a range of vehicles and equipment Truck licence an advantage What we offer At CST Hire, we pride ourselves on creating a positive and supportive work environment for our employees.
