The opportunity A well-regarded, independently owned project and development management consultancy is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing Geelong team. You'll be working across a strong pipeline of residential and industrial projects in Geelong and Melbourne's western suburbs, with an immediate focus on a $60M residential retirement apartment project in Geelong, currently in the delivery phase. The role Managing delivery of the $60M retirement apartment project from construction through to completion Client-side representation- attending site, liaising with the contractor and consultants Working closely with a senior Project Director based in the Geelong office Contributing to a broader portfolio of Geelong projects over your career About you Solid PM experience on residential, retirement or mixed-use projects Comfortable in a client-side or consultancy role during construction delivery Confident managing contractors and consultants with minimal supervision Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering or similar Happy to split time between Geelong and Melbourne -Geelong-based candidates suitable with travel to Melbourne occasionally What's on offer $160,000 – $180,000 package depending on experience Permanent role with a well-established, independently owned consultancy Tight-knit Geelong team with senior support and real project ownership Diverse pipeline- residential, industrial and commercial work across Geelong and Melbourne's west For more information on this role, please reach out to Charlotte Price for a confidential conversation on 0408 900 or email capstonerecruitment.com.au
