Ostojic Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor with hands‑on civil machinery operating experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, leads by example, and understands the practical realities of civil works from the ground up.to join our team on a full-time basis. What you'll be doing Lead, coordinate, and supervise civil construction crews Oversee daily site operations, scheduling, and workflow Operate machinery when required to support project delivery Ensure compliance with WHS standards and company procedures Conduct toolbox talks, site inspections, and risk assessments Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders Monitor progress, quality, and resource allocation Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting What we're looking for Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor (or leading hand ready to step up) Strong background in civil machine operation (e.g., excavators, loaders, rollers, skid steers) Solid understanding of civil construction processes and standards Ability to lead and motivate teams Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Commitment to safety and quality Current driver’s licence; relevant machinery tickets highly regarded About us Ostojic Group is a leading construction company with over 20 years of experience in delivering high-quality civil, commercial and residential projects throughout the Northern Territory.
