Goal Indigenous Services are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our growing team, delivering high-quality construction projects across commercial and civil environments, in Darwin, NT. Responsibilities Supervise daily site operations, trades, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards. Coordinate site activities, labour, materials, and equipment to maintain construction schedules. Conduct daily pre-start meetings, site inductions, and maintain accurate site documentation and records. Work closely with the Project Manager to manage project timelines, budgets, and overall project delivery. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement practical, cost-effective solutions. Lead and support site teams, fostering a positive and safety-focused work environment. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and resolve issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards through regular inspections and safety meetings. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions where required. Required Skills & Experience Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or Site Manager role within construction or civil projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors effectively. Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and site safety requirements. Strong communication, problem solving, and organisational skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and project documentation.
