The Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Officer to join our dynamic team in Landsdale . This full-time, permanent role is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced sales professionals, acting as a key point of contact for our valued customers and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary contact for residential, commercial, and retail customers Handle incoming inquiries across phone, email and in-person channels, ensuring accurate advice and prompt responses Prepare quotes, enter orders, and process invoices Resolve customer issues such as delivery inquiries and product discrepancies as required Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Transport and Production to coordinate smooth order fulfillment Develop strong customer relationships by providing reliable and solution-focused service What We’re Looking For: Previous customer service / sales experience, preferably in building products or trade environment Highly organised with the ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines Confident using computer systems with strong data entry and administration skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Team-oriented with the flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively Experience with quoting, processing, and invoicing is highly regarded Why CMI?
