Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Support Officer to join our expanding Sales and Projects team. The Role Based at our Head Office in Neerabup, the Internal Sales Support Officer will play a key role in supporting the Sales and Business Development teams, ensuring customers receive timely, accurate communication and a high level of service. The role involves processing quotes and orders, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support order fulfilment, delivery accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This is a fast-paced and varied position requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working closely with both internal teams and customers. About You You will be a strong team player with experience in sales support, administration, or customer service, ideally within a manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environment. You will also bring: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders. High attention to detail and a professional approach to work. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines. Strong customer service focus with a proactive mindset. Confidence using ERP, CRM, or internal systems. Experience in order management or DIFOT environments is advantageous. Certificate III or IV in Business, Administration, Finance, or similar is desirable but not essential.
