About the Opportunity You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary team supporting children, young people, and families through a Family Support & Wellbeing program. This is a hands-on, community-based role where you’ll work directly with families to strengthen parenting capacity, improve safety, and support long-term positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Build strong, trusting relationships with families through outreach, home visits, and ongoing engagement Develop and implement individualised, culturally responsive case plans Support families using trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders Maintain clear, accurate case documentation and reporting Contribute to positive, sustainable outcomes for children and young people About You: We’re open to both emerging and experienced professionals. You’ll ideally have: A qualification in Social Work, Community Services, or a related field Experience working with children, families, or vulnerable populations Understanding of family violence, AOD, and mental health challenges Ability to engage respectfully with diverse and Aboriginal communities Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills A proactive, adaptable approach in dynamic environments Why Consider Regional WA?
