Workforce Systems Implementation Project Manager Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to lead the delivery of a major workforce management transformation? This role will oversee the implementation of an integrated rostering, time sheeting and payroll ecosystem, coordinating vendors, technical integrations, governance, change adoption and go-live activities across a complex multi-location environment. Contract Duration: 12–18 months Essential Tasks: Develop and execute the implementation plan, schedule and governance framework. Manage vendor delivery, milestones, integrations, data migration, UAT and cutover. Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, Finance and IT to align solution design. Lead change, training, go-live, hypercare and knowledge transfer activities. Key Criteria: 8–10 years’ project management experience delivering large-scale HR, Payroll or Workforce Management systems. Strong experience with rostering, time sheeting or payroll implementations. Knowledge of ERP, HRIS and finance system integrations, particularly Oracle HCM/ERP. Formal project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent.
