Group Facilitator- Men’s Behaviour Change Program Permanent Part time up to 15 hours per week Weekly evening shifts included Gosnells and Midland locations The Opportunity Relationships Australia WA (RAWA) is seeking an experienced practitioner to join our FAIR Men’s Behaviour Change team as a Group Facilitator. This is an opportunity to work within a respected specialised team that promotes accountability and increased safety for women and children. Working alongside a skilled and supportive team this position facilitates structured men’s groups, undertakes risk assessment and contributes to safety planning processes. This role is suited to practitioners who are confident in group facilitation and committed to working within contemporary family and domestic violence frameworks. Roles and Responsibilities The Group Facilitator is responsible for delivering structured Men’s Behaviour Change group programs in line with state practice standards and organisational policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include: Deliver professional respectful intake and engagement services for men using violence towards family members and/or intimate partners, addressing immediate safety concerns and conducting comprehensive risk assessments. Deliver structured group sessions that promote accountability, challenge the use of violence and coercive control and facilitate behaviour change. Engage in partner contact processes with a strong emphasis on risk assessment, safety planning, and the ongoing safety and wellbeing of women and children. Maintain required caseloads and complete accurate, timely and quality client documentation in accordance with policies and procedures. Participate in individual and group supervision, reflective practice and professional development to support continuous learning and program integrity.
