In this hands-on role, you’ll support both operational and warehouse functions to ensure efficient production, safe material handling, and effective inventory management. The ideal candidate will bring a strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. What will you be doing? Conduct pre-start checks on plant, machinery, and equipment prior to use. Operate machinery, plant, and equipment safely in accordance with company procedures. Produce manufactured goods to required specifications and quality standards. Pick, pack, load, and unload stock safely in line with Safe Loading Guidelines and Chain of Responsibility legislation. Receive, check, and process incoming goods, stock transfers, and returns accurately and efficiently. Undertake regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records. What are we looking for in the successful candidate? Physically fit with the ability to safely lift and handle materials. Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills. Ability to work autonomously and follow procedures. Good literacy and numeracy skills. Current High Risk Work Licence – Forklift (advantageous). Experience operating overhead gantry cranes (advantageous). Previous warehousing or distribution experience (advantageous). Our culture is driven by our values.
