Role Description PappsPM is seeking to onboard Senior ILS Managers for full-time, on-site roles located in Canberra. Successful candidates will be responsible for the planning and coordination of FIC including facilities, threat assessments and will lead Defence reviews and subsequent committees across Government and Department of Defence projects. The role requires providing strategic direction, project leadership and expert management of scope, schedule, cost, risk and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, ensuring project outcomes are delivered in alignment with organisational and client objectives while fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. ' Mandatory Requirements Australian citizenship AGSVA Security Clearance Ability to work onsite at secure facilities in the ACT Previous experience in Department of Defence ILS roles Responsibilities Coordinate transition and organisational change management of Introduction into Service activities Coordinate the withdrawal from service of current capabilities Coordinate ATOs Identify, communicate and mitigate transition risks Contribute to the management of sustainment activities to optimise organisational change management Develop written presentations, proposals and briefs inclusive of short notice requests to provide executive briefing material Qualifications Proven experience delivering complex projects within the Australian Government and/or Department of Defence environments. Demonstrated expertise in ILS activities Strong ability to manage large-scale, high-risk, or multi-disciplinary projects effectively. Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation and communication skills, including engagement with senior ADF, APS and Industry executives. Highly developed analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities. Relevant project management and ILS certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, AIPM accreditation) or equivalent experience.
