We're looking for a polished, proactive and organised Studio Coordinator / Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Canberra studio and provide trusted support to senior leaders. This is a varied role with real ownership, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Studio Coordinator or Executive Assistant role. Why join COX? Studio Coordinator Canberra You'll be the first point of contact for the studio and play an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Key responsibilities include: Welcome clients, visitors and guests, ensuring a professional front-of-house experience Manage calls, enquiries, reception communications and external suppliers Maintain a polished, warm and professional presence as the face of the studio Coordinate internal and external meetings and related logistics Arrange domestic and international travel as required Prepare, format and update documents, presentations and reports Manage a broad range of administration tasks, including expense management, registrations, mail, scanning, credit card reconciliation and intranet updates Coordinate facilities requirements across the Canberra studio Support the presentation and upkeep of shared studio spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms and meeting rooms Manage meeting room requirements, including catering and AV coordination Order office, kitchen and stationery supplies Liaise with cleaning and other service providers Work with the national IT Support team to coordinate basic local support needs Provide calendar and inbox support to 2 to 3 Directors, as required Prepare and coordinate documents, presentations and reports What we're looking for Demonstrated experience in a similar Studio Coordinator, Office Manager, Team Assistant or Executive Assistant role Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail A professional, approachable and service-oriented style The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team Sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information A proactive mindset, strong initiative and a willingness to take ownership To apply please email your CV with a cover letter outlining why you would like to be considered for this role to - cox.com.au
