APS 6 Clinician (Multiple Positions – QLD) 24 month contract Approx. $67-$76 per hour. Bundall, QLD and Upper Mount Gravatt, QLD Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based individual, couple, and family counselling Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, including risk assessment and safety planning Develop, review, and manage client care plans and clinical documentation Provide case management and referrals to appropriate services Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as required Maintain accurate and confidential records within a client management system Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders Support program delivery, community engagement, and service promotion activities Contribute to quality improvement, program evaluation, and research initiatives Assist with intake processes and service allocation where required Key Skills & Experience Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with vulnerable clients using a trauma-informed, client-centred approach Demonstrated ability to complete thorough clinical assessments and documentation Sound judgement and ability to respond effectively to critical incidents High-level written and verbal communication skills Strong IT proficiency and ability to use case management systems Understanding of relevant policies, ethical guidelines, and best-practice frameworks Mandatory Requirements Ability to obtain or hold a Working with Children Check or Working with Vulnerable People registration AND one of the following qualifications: Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Registered Nurse (with full AHPRA registration), OR Social Worker (eligible for or holding AASW membership), OR Master’s-level counselling qualification with registration as: Registered Clinical Counsellor (PACFA), OR Level 3 or Level 4 (ACA) How to Apply: To apply, click the Apply Now button and send your up-to-date resume, for a confidential discussion call us now on 02 5119 3.
