The Opportunity Oversee a well-maintained residential portfolio currently sitting at approximately 130 properties, with further growth planned Deliver a premium customer experience for both landlords and tenants Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors, caretakers, builders, and Body Corporate Manage leasing activity, routine inspections, arrears, renewals, and day-to-day tenancy matters Ensure all records, compliance, and reporting are maintained accurately and efficiently Build trusted relationships with owners through strong communication and proactive service Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations across the complex About You Previous experience in residential property management (minimum 4 years preferred) Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate Strong working knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation Ability to confidently manage stakeholder relationships and resolve issues professionally Organised, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities Experience working alongside Body Corporate or within onsite management environments is highly regarded What’s On Offer Newly constructed residential complex with modern facilities Supportive and growing business with a strong pipeline ahead Stable onsite portfolio with a focus on quality service Opportunity to join a collaborative and friendly team culture If you're looking for your next long-term opportunity within a growing residential environment, we encourage you to APPLY NOW.
