About our Client We are partnering with a well established manufacturing organisation preparing for a major ERP system go live in July. With a busy implementation period approaching, they are looking for additional administrative support to assist with high volume data processing, purchase orders, reconciliations, stocktake activities and day to day coordination across the transition. This is a hands on operational administration role suited to someone who enjoys working in fast paced environments where accuracy, organisation and attention to detail are critical. About the Role This role will play a key part in supporting the business through a major ERP implementation and stabilisation period. Leading into go live, you will assist with data cleansing, parallel testing, purchase order processing, reconciliations, stocktake support and high volume data entry to help ensure the system is accurate and operationally ready for launch. Following implementation, you will continue supporting the wider team with system administration, data maintenance, reporting support and general operational coordination while the business transitions into full utilisation of the new platform. This is not a finance role, however you will be working across large volumes of operational and inventory related data, requiring strong accuracy, organisation and the ability to work across multiple priorities at once. You will work closely with operational and manufacturing teams, so exposure to warehouse, production or manufacturing environments will be highly regarded. About You You are a practical and highly organised administrator who enjoys working with data, systems and process driven tasks. You are comfortable managing large volumes of information, can pick up systems quickly and enjoy being part of busy operational environments where no two days look the same. You will ideally bring: Experience within manufacturing, warehouse, logistics or production environments High volume data entry and administration experience Exposure to purchase orders, inventory, stock control or operational administration The ability to review, validate and reconcile information with strong accuracy Strong coordination and organisational skills A hands on, can do attitude and willingness to support wherever required Confidence learning new systems quickly Intermediate Microsoft Excel capability Exposure to Attache or similar ERP systems will be highly regarded This role will suit someone reliable, adaptable and happy to roll their sleeves up during a busy implementation period.
