An established residential home builder is seeking an experienced Prestart Consultant / Contracts Administrator to join its team. This is an exciting, busy and rewarding role suited to someone who enjoys conducting prestart meetings, preparing contracts and guiding clients through the pre-construction journey. Working closely with clients, and internal departments, you will play a key role in ensuring contracts, approvals and prestart processes are managed accurately and efficiently from sale through to site commencement. Key Responsibilities Coordinate client prestart meeting and guide selections Prepare and process building contracts, quotations, and variations Manage incoming sales documentation and job setup Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, developers and local authorities Track job progress and provide regular updates to management Assist with finance approval requirements and supporting documentation Prepare and submit council and developer applications where required Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant and completed within required timeframes About You: To succeed in this role, you will ideally have: Previous experience in residential construction ideally in a prestart role or a closely related role Strong understanding of the home building process Confidence interpreting building plans, specifications, contracts and developer guidelines Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Exceptional communication and customer service skills Solid computer literacy and administration capabilities Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment Experience using ClickHomes or similar construction software will be highly regarded What’s On Offer: Supportive, friendly collaborative team culture Modern office environment with onsite parking Competitive salary package (based on experience) Permanent position within a well-established and stable business Recognition and reward programs This opportunity would suit someone who takes pride in delivering a seamless customer experience and enjoys being an integral part of the residential construction process.
