Description Operating as a trusted People & Culture Business Partner, you will support a business unit portfolio of approximately 200 FTE within a broader workforce. Providing strategic and operational HR partnering support to senior leaders and stakeholders Coaching leaders to strengthen people leadership capability and accountability Managing complex Employee Relations matters including investigations, performance management and workplace issues Providing Industrial Relations advice including award and enterprise agreement interpretation Supporting workforce planning, organisational design and change initiatives Partnering with specialist HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Capability and Safety teams Developing and embedding HR processes, frameworks and reporting within your portfolio Contributing to culture, engagement and organisational capability initiatives Supporting enterprise wide people projects and strategic programs Profile As an ideal applicant, you will demonstrate; Experience operating as a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor Strong ER and IR capability with confidence managing complex people matters Ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders at all levels Solid understanding of employment legislation and contemporary HR practices A pragmatic, solutions focused approach to people challenges Strong communication skills and commercial judgement Opportunity Genuine Business Partner role with meaningful organisational impact Supportive and highly credible People leader Modern corporate offices located in the Northern suburbs Up to 2 days working from home each week Exposure to an interesting industry outside traditional corporate pathways If you’re well suited to the opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
