The Opportunity This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, and creating a positive and seamless prestart experience. You will be responsible for managing clients through selections, variations, and documentation while working closely with internal departments to ensure homes are ready for site commencement. Key responsibilities include: Conducting prestart appointments and guiding clients through home selections Preparing pricing, variation requests and supporting documentation Coordinating colours, finishes, fixtures and product selections Liaising with suppliers, drafting, scheduling and administration teams Managing workflow timelines and ensuring milestones are achieved Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems Delivering outstanding customer service and ongoing client communication Assisting clients with questions throughout the pre-construction process About You The successful candidate will bring: Previous experience in a Prestart, Interior Design or closely related role in residential construction Strong understanding of the residential building process Excellent organisation and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy A warm, professional and solutions-focused communication style The ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment Confidence using construction software systems and managing documentation Why Join?
