We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team at Pivot Wellness, with opportunities available at both clinician and team lead level. This is an opportunity to join a neuroaffirmative, psychology-led practice and contribute to the development of a Speech Pathology service within a supportive and collaborative environment. We welcome applications from both early-career and experienced Speech Pathologists. For senior clinicians, there is a clear pathway into a Team Lead role, with the opportunity to shape and lead the service as it grows. The Role As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide assessment and intervention to a paediatric and/or mixed caseload, with flexibility to develop your clinical interests. For those stepping into a Team Lead role, you will also contribute to service development, provide supervision, and support the growth of the Speech Pathology team. This role is particularly suited to clinicians seeking greater autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to shape how services are delivered within a supportive, low-burnout environment. Key Responsibilities Conducting speech and language assessments Delivering evidence-based therapy Writing reports, including for NDIS Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team Additional responsibilities for Team Lead applicants include clinical supervision, mentoring, and contributing to service design and growth.
