Manage specialist clinical delivery, staff capability and service quality. Work across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Maintain a complex caseload. Report to the Manager, Speech Pathology. Key duties of the role Lead delivery of specialist paediatric cochlear implant and related clinical services Manage complex caseloads, referrals and prioritisation of clinical care Supervise, mentor and build capability of speech pathology staff and assistants Develop, review and implement clinical protocols, guidelines and competencies Drive quality, safety, research and continuous service improvement initiatives Skills and Experience Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia Degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification Minimum 2 years experience in specialist paediatric clinical services Demonstrated experience managing complex caseloads and multidisciplinary care Proven leadership in clinical supervision, service development and quality improvement Enquiries can be directed to Jenny Faulks – Manager, Speech Pathology, 8161 8485 or sa.gov.au Want to learn more about career opportunities at WCHN?
