This position offers a competitive salary of $77,000 per annum, along with superannuation benefits. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of culinary experience, as well as a Certificate IV and Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standard, following established recipes and guidelines Maintain consistency in food quality, flavor, and presentation Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety procedures Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace Handle and store food items properly to prevent spoilage and contamination Assist with menu planning and cost control efforts Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications : Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Chef in a restaurant or culinary setting Certificate IV and Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field required Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed If you are passionate about culinary excellence and are seeking a long-term opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position.
