We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Workplace Concierge to join our Procurement, Property and Projects team in our Perth CBD office on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the National Workplace Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging workplace experience, ensuring employees, visitors, and stakeholders feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact, providing a warm and professional welcome to all employees, visitors, and external partners Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, and workplace services to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations Support the delivery of on‑site meetings, events, and workplace activations Manage incoming calls, mail, and deliveries efficiently and with a high level of confidentiality Provide on-the-ground support for workplace and facilities-related activities Identify opportunities to enhance the workplace experience and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Your Background Experience in a front‑of‑house, workplace concierge, or customer-facing role within a professional environment (ideally corporate) Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced setting Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across a broad range of stakeholders Proactive and solutions-focused, with a willingness to take ownership and improve processes Professional, reliable, and adaptable with strong attention to detail Working at APA At APA, we’re committed to fostering a safe and inclusive workplace where you can achieve your best.
