20th May, 2026 Our client, a multi-discipline engineering consultancy of around 40 staff, is currently seeking an Administrator to join their newly settled, West Perth office. The office has an inviting open plan set up, well fitted out, nearby to loads of cafe's and very easily accessible with the Red CAT just out the front, or a very short walk across the bridge from the Perth CBD. This role will see you reporting directly to the Finance Manager, working to assist all administration duties within the office. It would also be ideal for someone interested in building skills in accounts receivable/payable. This will involve completing the following duties: Meet and greet visitors Answering email and phone queries Maintenance of databases and registers Filing and archiving of documents Maintaining office supplies and general office duties Ad hoc admin/accounts duties when required To be successful within this role, you will require the following: Previous Administration experience Proficient verbal and written skills Strong planning and organisational skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Willingness to be flexible with your job duties and learn new tasks The position The position is offering a permanent salary of $63,000 per annum super, working a 40 hour week.
