DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role Reporting to the Head of Channel Marketing, the Channel Marketing Manager is the conduit between NEXTGEN and our key Cyber, Data Management and Cloud vendors and partners ensuring marketing plans are built, executed and driven to deliver on Business Plan goals and outcomes. The Channel Marketing Manager is analytical, collaborative, creative and results driven, working across multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver unique and effective, high ROI campaign results. As the Channel Marketing Manager, you will: Assist assigned vendors with the creation and execution of product marketing strategies through NEXTGEN delivering MQL & SQL outcomes and ROI to meet vendor MDF investment requirements. Work closely with the NEXTGEN Sales & Vendor Teams to develop & execute Account Based Marketing plans for NEXTGEN’s strategic Partner ecosystem. Manage vendor/NEXTGEN marketing relationship, including maintaining product marketing plans, managing vendor coop/MDF and representing NEXTGEN in marketing related business meetings. Support Head of Channel Marketing to develop and execute tactics aligned to the NEXTGEN Vendor Marketing Strategy. Work with other NEXTGEN ANZ stakeholders to ensure campaign reporting and visibility of executed tactics is available and accurate using the applicable marketing automation, CRM and project management platforms. Act as a consultant for the assigned NEXTGEN Cyber and Data Management Vendor Business Managers by providing marketing direction pertaining to assigned vendor business and marketing plans. Collaborate with and manage NEXTGEN Vendor & Sales teams awareness of required input & output to build, execute and report on planned marketing activity within agreed timeframes and MDF claiming deadlines. Execute and report progress and results on quarterly vendor rolling marketing plans that incorporate vendor objectives, strategies and tactics using NEXTGEN campaign reporting tools and platforms. Provide visibility on campaign execution progress results to all internal and external campaign stakeholders. Use data & analytics to investigate & interrogate to make informed decisions when planning, executing & reporting on campaigns. Co-develop and execute integrated marketing plans with a strong emphasis on digital and traditional mediums to deliver MQL & SQL outcomes. From time to time you may be required to assume additional responsibilities other than those specified above. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you The ideal Channel Marketing Manager: You want to challenge the status quo and you understand that vision without execution is just hallucination. You will have 5 years of experience in B2B IT Channel Marketing with proven success building, executing and driving results from your vendors business and marketing plans. You are a hungry for results, data driven, articulate, persuasive, organised, and accountable B2B Marketer keen to see how you can impact our marketing influenced pipeline. You highly value and understand how to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders whilst maintaining a high say/do ratio.
