We’re Looking for a Digital Content & Marketing Specialist! Are you passionate about content creation, digital engagement, and brand storytelling? We need a creative, results-driven professional to execute our content-driven marketing strategy and enhance HUBBED’s brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Website Content Management & Administration: Manage and update website content via WordPress, ensuring all pages are optimised and visually engaging. Social Media Content Creation & Scheduling: Plan, create, and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram using a digital content calendar. Co-Marketing & Partnership Materials: Develop engaging co-marketing assets for partners while ensuring consistent messaging and branding. Content Strategy Execution: Work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing to execute the company’s digital marketing strategy. AI & Automation Tools: Identify and implement AI-powered marketing tools to improve content creation, scheduling, and engagement tracking. Performance Tracking & Optimisation: Monitor content performance, engagement, and website traffic to refine marketing efforts. Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally to ensure content aligns with business goals, sales initiatives, and partner marketing efforts. Establish and oversee the marketing team. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 3-4 years’ experience. Proven experience in website content management ( WordPress experience required ). Strong skills in content creation, social media marketing, and digital scheduling tools. Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools to enhance content production and engagement. Ability to manage a digital content calendar and ensure consistent execution. Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram). Highly creative with a passion for storytelling, branding, and digital engagement. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across teams and external partners. Self-motivated, action-oriented, and results-driven. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications and Digital Media. Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). Knowledge of SEO best practices and basic website analytics. Prior experience in the logistics industry is essential, especially in B2B and enterprise marketing. A background in co-marketing or partnerships is an advantage. Why Join Us?
