Seabourn is an ultra-luxury cruise line, and this role plays a key part in bringing the brand to life in the Australian market. You will lead the local marketing and PR strategy, driving demand among a high-value, premium audience and delivering campaigns that convert into bookings and revenue. Working closely with both local stakeholders and global teams, you will take ownership of integrated marketing activity across digital, media, PR and brand channels — ensuring alignment with global strategy while tailoring execution for the Australian market. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of marketing for a globally recognised ultra-luxury brand, delivering high-impact campaigns and collaborating with international teams. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a role where your work directly influences brand growth and commercial performance. Key Responsibilities · Lead the development and execution of Seabourn's local marketing strategy in Australia · Deliver integrated campaigns across digital (social, search, display), media partnerships and brand channels · Manage relationships with media and PR agencies to drive strong brand presence and commercial outcomes · Oversee campaign planning, timelines and execution across multiple stakeholders · Manage and track the marketing budget, ensuring effective and efficient investment · Analyse campaign performance using data and insights to optimise results and inform strategy · Partner cross-functionally with sales, revenue, web, legal and global teams to ensure alignment · Support and guide a Marketing Coordinator and collaborate across shared resources About You You're a strategic and hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys working across both brand and performance marketing.
