This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of the business and working closely with the business owner and furniture coordinator. The Role Includes: Answering incoming phone calls and emails Preparing and sending online quotes (pre-lim and formal) Scheduling property walkthroughs and appointments Following up deposits and outstanding balances General bookkeeping/admin support Assisting with MYOB (potentially transitioning to Xero) Coordinating and communicating with team members Various ad hoc administration tasks as required We’re Looking For Someone Who Is: Highly organised and detail-oriented Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with clients Efficient and proactive Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Reliable and consistent Confident using computers and learning systems quickly Bonus points if you’re familiar with Mac computers Experience: Previous administration or office experience is preferred, however attitude, organisation, and willingness to learn are equally important.
