About the role… As a Corporate Services Manager you will be a part of our Osborne Park team! We're looking for someone to manage the relationships between the company and our customers. You will provide support to the business units, develop and refine policies and procedures - all while training and managing team members in delivering premium customer experiences. The salary range for this position is $80k - $85k Superannuation. Main responsibilities include: Providing administrative and operational support to senior management, including budgeting and day-to-day business activities. Managing staff, facilities, and financial resources to support business operations. Preparing reports, correspondence, and other business documents on operational matters. Supervising administrative staff and ensuring information is provided accurately and on time. Developing and maintaining workplace procedures, policies, and operational processes. Assisting with budgets, financial reporting, and planning activities. Representing the organisation at meetings, negotiations, and industry events. The ability to work full-time (38 hours per week), across rotating shift patterns in our Osborne Park office. What You'll Need: Diploma level (or above) qualification in: Business Management, Organisation Management or similar. Demonstrated, proven experience in leading and managing a team in a call centre environment. Extensive experience in developing policies and procedures. Highly developed computer skills, including proficiency in using Google Suite, CRMs, and team scheduling software. A positive can do attitude and strong work ethic. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, comfortable representing the organisation externally. Demonstrated ability to pick up and learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management skills & impeccable attention to detail. Water filtration industry experience will be highly advantageous.
