About the Role We are seeking an experienced Landscaper Foreperson with a strong background in structural construction landscaping to lead projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role focused heavily on delivering technically detailed outdoor construction works. You will take ownership of all on-site activities, particularly structural elements such as retaining walls, paving, concreting, drainage systems, excavation, and stonework. From initial set-out through to final delivery, you will ensure all works are completed to specification, on time, and to a high standard of finish. Working closely with clients, designers, and management, you will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency across all stages. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team on-site across structural landscaping projects Deliver high-quality structural works including retaining walls, concreting, paving, drainage, and stone installations Interpret plans, set out works, and ensure accurate execution Coordinate materials, machinery, and subcontractors Monitor project timelines and manage day-to-day site operations Ensure all works meet company quality standards and client expectations Maintain site safety and compliance with WHS requirements Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Skills and Experience Proven experience in structural landscaping / landscape construction Strong hands-on experience with retaining walls, concreting, paving, drainage, and excavation Previous experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand Ability to read and interpret construction and landscaping plans Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and site processes Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Sound knowledge of WHS and site safety compliance White Card (essential) Relevant trade qualification (highly regarded) Driver's licence (essential) Culture Join a skilled and motivated team that values quality construction, teamwork, and pride in workmanship.
