About the role Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team in a full-time capacity across commercial landscaping projects throughout Sydney. This role will see you managing projects from planning through to completion, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Working across a variety of landscape construction projects including public spaces, commercial developments, streetscapes, and civil landscaping works, you will play a key role in driving successful project outcomes while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial landscaping projects from commencement through to completion Coordinate site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and labour teams to ensure efficient delivery Monitor project budgets, variations, procurement, and programme milestones Ensure all works are completed in line with WHS standards and quality requirements Oversee project scheduling and resource allocation to meet deadlines and client expectations Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and reporting throughout project lifecycles Manage project documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining high-quality outcomes Skills and Experience Previous experience as a Project Manager within commercial landscaping essential Strong understanding of landscape construction methodologies, civil works, and site operations Proven ability to manage multiple projects, subcontractors, and project timelines effectively Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and reporting Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Landscaping, Horticulture, Civil Construction, or related field preferred * Current driver's licence required Culture Join a supportive and hardworking team that values quality, teamwork, and long-term career growth.
