About the role Our client is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their growing team in a full-time capacity based in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Contracts Administrator or a junior candidate looking to build a long-term career within the commercial landscaping industry. Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will assist in the coordination and administration of commercial landscaping projects, supporting the delivery of projects on time and within budget while learning from experienced industry professionals. Key Responsibilities Assist with contract administration across commercial landscaping projects Prepare, review, and process subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and project documentation Support Project Managers with procurement, cost tracking, and project reporting Assist with variations, progress claims, invoicing, and budget management Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery Maintain accurate project records and documentation systems Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders professionally and efficiently Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements Skills and Experience Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator role within construction or landscaping preferred Commercial landscaping experience highly regarded but not essential Open to junior candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Proficient computer skills across Microsoft Office and project software systems Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Landscaping, or related field preferred Culture Join a supportive and collaborative team that values hard work, professional growth, and teamwork.
