We’re partnering with a premium Australian fashion brand to find a Retail Store Manager to take ownership of their high-profile Bondi Beach boutique. This is an opportunity to run your own store, leading a small team, driving performance, and delivering a premium, experience-led retail environment aligned to a globally recognised brand aesthetic. The Role Reporting directly to Head Office, you will take full ownership of the store’s performance, from sales and team leadership through to visual merchandising and customer experience. You’ll play a key role in building a strong in-store culture, developing your team, and ensuring the store consistently represents the brand at its best.
