Here's what you can expect: Strong admin support – reception support and intake, so you can focus on therapy Competitive remuneration – projected earnings of $150–$190K per year (based on client load up to 25 sessions per week) Supportive, flexible contracting arrangements Supervision and professional development with experienced clinical child psychologist, Dr Nick Richardson A steady stream of diverse and appropriate referrals from GPs, schools, and allied health professionals A warm, values-aligned team environment with mentoring and peer support Terrace-style consulting rooms and shared kitchen/office space in a beautiful location with excellent clinician and client parking Roles Available We're currently seeking psychologists in contractor positions: Clinical Psychologist Educational & Developmental Psychologist Registered Psychologist (Child/Youth Focus) What You'll Do Deliver evidence-based therapy and assessments to children, adolescents, and young adults Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and families Support young people with a range of emotional, behavioural, and developmental needs, including those who may find it difficult to engage in therapy Work effectively with boys and young men, including those presenting with externalising behaviours, emotional regulation difficulties, or disengagement Collaborate with GPs, schools, and other professionals Maintain quality documentation (we offer support and training) Participate in regular supervision and team learning About You Essential: Full AHPRA registration Applicants must either have completed or be currently pursuing endorsement in Clinical or Educational/Developmental Psychology Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, and professional indemnity insurance Minimum 1 year experience in a therapeutic/clinical setting Availability of 2 days per week Organised, compassionate, and team-oriented Desirable: • Experience working with boys, male adolescents, and young adults • Confidence engaging young people who may be initially reluctant or hard to reach in therapy • Experience with ASD, ADHD, anxiety, and mood disorders • Skills in assessment and report writing • Confidence in networking and building rapport with referral sources • Commitment to a warm, collaborative, and values-led team culture Ready to Join Us?
