This is a hands-on design and marketing coordination role where you'll produce marketing assets while managing the calendar to keep campaigns on track. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the marketing calendar across all brands Design EDMs in Klaviyo; build, schedule, and QA campaigns Produce catalogues in InDesign using data merge workflows Create digital and print assets (social, web, campaigns) Use AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly) in asset creation Maintain Canva templates and brand asset libraries Update websites (products, banners, content) Support social and blog content across brands Skills & Experience 2-3 years in graphic design and marketing production Proven marketing coordination skills (essential) Proficient in Canva & Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign essential) Experience with Klaviyo or similar EDM platforms Data merge experience (catalogues/documents) Strong organisation and deadline management High attention to detail and consistency Interest in interiors, homewares, or design What's on Offer Work across a multi-brand design portfolio Exposure to digital, print, and e-commerce marketing Opportunity to build AI-driven design skills Collaborative, fast-paced team environment Staff discounts across brands This role is as much about who you are as what you do , creative, friendly, down-to-earth, efficient and a great communicator.
