OVERVIEW OF ROLE Advanced Navigation builds high-performance navigation technologies used across land, sea, air, and space for both commercial and defence applications. Our products operate in environments where failure is not an option, and our brand must communicate that standard with the same precision our engineering delivers. We are currently rolling out a new brand look and feel globally, and we need a Graphic Designer who can be a backbone of that rollout. This role is deliberately scoped around two focus areas: presentation design and brand asset management. The work is high-volume, high-quality, and high-stakes; every deck a senior stakeholder presents, every asset a sales representative hands to a prospect, and every template a regional marketer adapts passes through this role. This is not a generalist creative role. We are not looking for a designer who wants to stretch into motion, campaign concepting, UX, 3D, or digital advertising; we have specialists for that work. We are looking for a production craftsperson who takes genuine pride in polish, consistency, and turnaround; who finds satisfaction in well-built systems, templates, and well-managed asset libraries; and who wants to be the designer the business depends on when a critical deck needs to be perfect by close of business. You will join a collaborative in-house creative team that values craft, precision, and commercial impact. We move quickly, but we never cut corners on quality. If you find real satisfaction in making complex technical content visually clear, in owning systems that other people rely on, and in being the person who gets the detail right every time, this is a role that will value you highly. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Presentation Design Own the design and production of high-value presentations across the business including executive decks, sales pitch decks, investor presentations, board materials, trade event presentations, and customer-specific pursuit decks Build, maintain, and evolve a master presentation template system in Google Slides that scales across the global organisation and preserves brand integrity regardless of who uses it Create reusable slide modules, chart treatments, infographic components, and diagram conventions that allow non-designers to produce on-brand presentations without studio involvement Provide rapid-response presentation support to Sales, Business Development, and Executive Leadership for time-sensitive briefs, including pursuit decks and tender responses Translate complex technical content, including product capability data, performance comparisons, and system architecture, into clear, visually effective slides that a non-technical buyer can follow Brand Asset Management Own the studio's digital asset management (DAM) system as the single source of truth for logos, imagery, templates, product photography, approved diagrams, and sales collateral Maintain disciplined version control, file naming conventions, and metadata tagging so that any team member globally can find the current approved asset in under a minute Audit existing asset libraries, retire outdated materials, and consolidate duplicate versions into a clean, authoritative set Publish and maintain usage guidance so that Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, and regional marketers know which asset is fit for which purpose Track asset utilisation and flag gaps where additional assets would reduce ad-hoc studio requests Brand Rollout and Consistency Execute the new Advanced Navigation visual identity system across the outputs produced in or on behalf of the studio, supporting the Art Director as the primary production resource on rollout Support the Art Director in documenting, evolving, and policing brand guidelines as the system matures and the team scales geographically Ensure visual consistency across regional outputs produced in APAC, Americas, and EMEA, including materials produced by field marketers and external partners Act as a quality gate for brand-critical outputs before they leave the studio Studio Collaboration Work under the direction of the Art Director, taking briefs, feedback, and creative direction with professionalism Collaborate with the Multimedia Specialist and Senior Web Developer on shared production workflows and asset handover Manage multiple concurrent briefs with clear communication on timelines, priorities, and revision cycles Participate constructively in creative reviews and contribute to the evolution of the studio's production standards KEY MEASURABLES Output Quality and Brand Integrity On-brand delivery across all outputs, with zero brand compliance issues raised by the Art Director or regional marketers Stakeholder satisfaction from Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership on presentation and asset quality Delivery and Operational Performance On-time completion of briefs against agreed timelines, including rapid-response requests Measurable reduction in ad-hoc studio requests for routine assets following the introduction of templates and self-service systems Asset Management Performance A maintained, audited, and documented asset library that any team member globally can navigate efficiently Measurable reduction in duplicate, outdated, or off-brand assets in active circulation Positive stakeholder feedback on asset discoverability and usage guidance QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Bachelor's
