THE PRACTICE Join an established mixed billing medical centre in Minyama, offering strong patient demand and excellent earning potential, with a particular need for a female GP to meet patient demand. • Work alongside a supportive and professional GP team • Experienced practice management with nursing and allied health support • Strong patient demand with opportunity to quickly build a full patient base • Opportunity to provide a broad range of services including women’s health, chronic disease management, and general practice procedures • Well-equipped consulting and treatment rooms LOCATION The practice is located in Minyama, a desirable coastal suburb on the Sunshine Coast, known for its relaxed lifestyle and excellent amenities. Minyama is approximately: • 10–15 minutes’ drive to Maroochydore CBD • Around 1 hour 30 minutes to Brisbane CBD • Close to Kawana Beach and major lifestyle hubs The area offers a balanced coastal lifestyle with access to beaches, shopping centres, schools, and healthcare facilities, while remaining well-connected to the wider Sunshine Coast region. EARNINGS • 70% of billings • Initial guarantee of $180 per hour or 30% of billings (whichever is higher) for the first 3 months • Lump sum incentives and relocation support available (dependent on experience) THIS WOULD SUIT NHS-trained MRCGP, MICGP, CCFP or FRNZCGP GPs Unrestricted Fellowed FRACGPs and FACRRMs 10 year moratorium for the AHPRA Expedited Pathway.
