Sippy Downs is approximately: • 15–20 minutes’ drive to Maroochydore CBD • 1.5 hours to Brisbane. • Close to the University of the Sunshine Coast • Easy access to major Sunshine Coast hubs and beaches The area offers a laid-back coastal lifestyle with access to schools, parks, and essential amenities, while remaining well-connected to the wider region. EARNINGS • 65% of billings • Initial guarantee of $180 per hour or 30% of billings (whichever is higher) for the first 3 months • Lump sum incentives and relocation support available (dependent on experience) THIS WOULD SUIT NHS-trained MRCGP, MICGP, CCFP or FRNZCGP GPs Unrestricted Fellowed FRACGPs and FACRRMs 10 year moratorium for the AHPRA Expedited Pathway.
