Founded by a team of experienced construction professionals with a mission to set a new standard in home building, our client specialises in custom-designed homes, knock-down rebuilds, and house and land packages. They take enormous pride in blending intelligent design with exceptional craftsmanship — creating homes that are truly unique to each client. With a strong reputation for quality, attention to detail, and seamless project delivery, they're now looking for a talented Architect or Draftsperson to join their growing team. The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Architect or Draftsperson to play a key role in bringing beautiful, bespoke homes to life. Working closely with clients, project managers, and the broader design team, you'll be central to the design process from initial concept through to construction documentation. Day to day you'll be: Producing detailed architectural drawings and documentation for custom home projects Developing concept designs in line with client briefs, site conditions, and council requirements Preparing and lodging Development Applications (DAs) and Construction Certificates (CCs) Collaborating with clients to refine and finalise designs Working closely with project managers and builders to ensure design intent is delivered on site Managing multiple projects simultaneously across various stages of design and documentation Keeping up to date with relevant Australian building standards and planning regulations About You Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related discipline Proven experience in residential design and documentation, ideally within the custom home sector Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software Solid understanding of the DA and CC process in NSW Strong eye for design with a passion for delivering outstanding outcomes for clients Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships with confidence Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines What's On Offer Join a passionate, growing residential builder with a strong focus on quality and design excellence Work on a diverse range of custom home projects across Sydney Collaborative and supportive team culture Competitive remuneration package negotiable based on experience Real opportunity to grow your career as the business continues to expand Interested?
