Project Architect l Residential l North Sydney This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Architect with strong residential experience to join a well‑established studio delivering large‑scale projects. The role offers hands‑on involvement across masterplanned communities, Landlease developments and medium‑density housing, working closely with senior leadership and consultants through documentation and delivery. The Role Managing residential projects across DD, DA and Construction Documentation Working on masterplanned communities, Landlease estates and medium‑density housing Coordinating consultants and managing approvals processes Producing and reviewing documentation packages in Revit Supporting delivery through construction with RFIs and site coordination Liaising with clients, consultants and internal project teams About You Registered Architect with 5–10 years’ experience in architectural practice Solid experience in residential projects (medium‑density, communities or estates) Strong documentation and coordination skills Working knowledge of Australian codes, standards and approvals Proficiency in Revit Ability to run projects with minimal supervision Registration or progress toward registration preferred The Studio Stable, design‑led practice with a strong residential pipeline Long‑term work across large, repeat residential developments Supportive team environment with experienced leadership Clear progression pathway Competitive salary aligned with experience APPLY NOW!
