As a Senior Occupational Therapist , you’ll: Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants , tailoring therapy programs to individual needs and goals. Conduct clinical assessments of participants’ functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities. Provide practical recommendations , including assistive technology and environmental adaptations, to enhance participants' independence. Mentor and guide junior clinicians , providing professional support and sharing your expertise. Collaborate with participants , their families, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes. Take on leadership opportunities , including delivering internal presentations and contributing to the growth of our team. We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist with: AHPRA registration and 1.5 years of experience delivering NDIS therapy services. A current NDIS Worker Screening Check , Working with Children Check , and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain). Excellent communication and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. A passion for making a difference, with a focus on honesty, integrity, and positive outcomes.
